Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be communicated in advance. Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service and timing.
For private dinner services, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to partial charges.
Weekly Meal Preparation
For weekly meal preparation services, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled preparation date to receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to charges for ingredients already purchased.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are not available for services that have already been provided or for custom menu development work that has been completed.

If you have concerns about the quality of services provided, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
